Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- International Premium Chat Process requiring excellent English communication - blended process
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need
- Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and service
- Sales (Upselling and cross selling) - preferable
Qualifications:
- PUC (12th) / Diploma (3 years) / Undergraduate / BE / B.Tech and graduates from any stream are eligible to apply
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience required
