Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • International Premium Chat Process requiring excellent English communication - blended process
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need
  • Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and service
  • Sales (Upselling and cross selling) - preferable

Qualifications:

  • PUC (12th) / Diploma (3 years) / Undergraduate / BE / B.Tech and graduates from any stream are eligible to apply
  • Minimum 1 year of BPO experience required
